A girl can only study for so long!



I have been studying for my organizational leadership midterm for HOURS, and I just can’t do it anymore! So I decided to do a quick little work out to get the blood flowing (and hopefully find a little more motivation to study). I am REALLY trying to get my legs smaller and more defined so I picked a leg workout I could do right in my bedroom!

50 squats

30 walking lunges

20 jump squats

30 side lunges

50 bridges

50 glute kickbacks

Repeat 3 times!
